In My Practice…

My years of experience with multiple diverse populations have allowed me to see the power of durable change for anyone who is simply willing and committed.

I believe in listening to people in a non-judgmental manner, demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

My approach is client-centered, as I believe clients are the experts on their lives. In my clinical practice, we start where you are. Leading with a strengths-based perspective, we are able to cooperatively navigate treatment to achieve your goals, instilling positive coping skills to use in future life predicaments. Often, co-occurring issues overlap and can include depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive behaviors, relationship changes, and self esteem issues. We can work together to navigate these and other concerns.

It takes courage, strength, and mindfulness to identify a problem. Let me help you to define a clear path to address concerns and find solutions that fit your needs and life.

I look forward to talking with you.
