Anxiety & Covid-19

Over the past couple of years, our lives have been upended by the pandemic. It has given us a lot of reasons to feel anxious and taught us that we don’t have the level of control over our lives that we thought we had.

Are you worried about catching the virus, getting the vaccine, your friends and family getting sick, having to work from home, having to go back to work in-person, travel, being isolated, or going back to socializing?

We are all juggling these stressors and constantly adjusting to new ways of doing things. It can feel overwhelming, but the good news is you are not alone. I am here to help.

Therapy can help you block out the external noise and chaos and find that inner joy. I’ll teach you how to cope with whatever new curveballs are thrown your way. We all have the ability within ourselves to feel hopeful and happy, and I can help you get there.
